2) Singpost registered mail
Add additional S$2.30 on top of normal mail postage.
3) Courrier delivery service

All oversea parcels will be sent via registered Singpost airmail. Note that registered mail is compulsory (for tracking purpose). You might want to refer to the Singpost website to get an idea of how the postage rates varies with the parcel's weight.
